Natural Health Direct First a little history: My name is Carmel Krpan and my husband Z and I own and operate a mail and web order business called Natural Health Direct. This business was launched in June 1998 and has benefited greatly from our combined skills of sales and marketing and computer and internet design and maintenance. Since its inception the business has continued to grow and prosper. From our experience as retailers dealing with customers all over Australia, we identified a select number of products which proved to be highly sellable and attracted great reviews and repeat business.
